I think you can link the video directly into your post if you find where they put it on youtube, there's a link under it that says something like "embed in blog" or "post to blog". Something like that?
Well it's extremely tricky, but I'm sure that Eli could probably teach you... :) go to the YouTube page and copy the "embed" html info, (it's to the right of the screen usually) then in your blog post there is the option to "edit html" and you just paste it in there...
